Our story
ARKHAVEN Group is a vehicle for investors to directly own income-producing real estate and benefit from all the advantages of ownership without the burden or risk of hands-on management. The firm focuses on assets generating “in-place” yields and consistent cash flow, specializing in properties in the $2 to $40-million-dollar range.
In addition, through its strategic development partner, ARKHAVEN Group develops high-quality, well-designed, and sustainable A-Class multifamily residential communities in suburban commuter submarkets.
Along with their broad portfolio of student housing communities, ARKHAVEN Group is expanding on a more national level, adding multi-dwelling units that fit the company’s vision.

Eli Zakay, Principal
Eli Zakay is a business executive, entrepreneur, and real estate investor with experience as a principal in over $200mm in real estate transactions in the past decade. He offers deep expertise in formulating strategies to reposition underutilized real estate assets and a proven ability to identify and understand emerging markets for potential investment.
In 2018, Eli founded ARKAHVEN, a real estate investment firm that offers its partners the opportunity to invest in property with strong cash flow and long-term appreciation, while preserving capital and minimizing risk. Stonebridge currently owns multiple properties including student housing assets with 1300 beds located near large college campuses in upstate New York and central North Carolina, and the company recently sold a portfolio of over 200 beds adjacent to Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. In addition to its property portfolio, Stonebridge also develops high-quality, sustainably-designed multi-family residential communities in suburban commuter submarkets through a strategic development partner.
Prior to founding ARKHAVEN, Eli served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Chief Fulfillment Officer for Duke Properties, a real estate firm based in Manhattan that focused on multi-family rental properties. During his five-year tenure at Duke, Eli contributed to the acquisition of over 50 properties spanning the boroughs of New York City and managed over 200 apartments and 200 additional rental units in New Jersey. While in this role he also collaborated with architects and contractors to renovate over 100 apartments in NYC that enabled revenue from those units to double.
Morris Levy, Principal
Morris Levy started his career in the garment industry before transitioning into real estate. In 2003, he took over a family-owned management company focused solely on the family’s portfolio, where he sought and gained approvals for retail and commercial developments, oversaw construction, leasing, and ultimately selling the majority of the portfolio pre-crash of 2008.
In 2011, Morris co-founded The Yard, a premier coworking community of spaces in New York. During his 12 years at the helm, The Yard opened 14 locations in the Northeast that have been called home by tens of thousands of businesses. At The Yard, Morris has developed a company culture that prioritizes people and celebrates The Yard’s team and members’ accomplishments.
In 2019, Morris was asked to join Sarona Ventures as a GP and has participated in investing in close to 100 technology companies.
Joining ARKHAVEN in 2023, Morris comes back full circle to his real estate roots, bringing his years of hospitality to the niche student housing business.
